Class Terms
These are the terms you buy a class under. Plain version first: you are buying permanent access to watch a class on this site. You cannot download it or pass it on, and if you change your mind before you have watched any of it, you can have your money back.
What you are buying
Access to stream a class on visualdon.uk, for as long as the site exists. It is not a download, and access is for you rather than a team or a classroom. Project files, where a class includes them, are yours to use in your own work, including commercially.
Refunds
Digital content bought online normally comes with a 14-day right to cancel. That right ends once you start watching, and by buying you agree to immediate access and accept that the 14 days end at that point.
In practice I am more generous than that: if you have watched less than about 20% of a class and it is not what you wanted, email me within 30 days and I will refund it. No argument. Every class has a free lesson so you can see how I teach before paying.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with and take a few working days. Refunding a class removes your access to it.
Prices and tax
Prices are in US dollars. Depending where you are, sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout, and if so it is shown before you pay.
What I cannot promise
The classes teach Cinema 4D, Redshift and After Effects as I use them. Software changes, and older classes describe older versions. I cannot promise a class will make you employable or that your renders will look like mine.
You need your own licences for any software used in a class. None is included.
Your account
Buying creates an account tied to your email address. Keep the address current, because sign-in links go there. Do not share your account: access is per person, and I may withdraw access without a refund if a login is being shared widely.
If something breaks
If a video will not play, email me and I will fix it. If I cannot, you get your money back for that class.
